Yes. Paid plans are month to month with no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel from the Billing page in your account and you won't be charged again. If you cancel, your account drops back to the Free plan rather than being deleted.

Nothing is deleted: at the limit you just can't add vendors until you upgrade or archive ones you no longer work with. If a paid plan ends, your account moves to Free and keeps every vendor, document and W-9, and CSV export keeps working, but automatic reminders continue only for the 5 vendors you added first until you upgrade or archive down to 5.
